  Can't fault the unit life though, mover will need replacing sooner or later but still ok for now (Centurion brand).

  Had garage door installed via a build with Scott Park abouth 3 years ago. The door is not very solid some of the bolts popped out about 2 years after installation - unfortunately, looking into it, the warranty was only a year! Crazy! Had to repair door myself. Also the remotes provided are cheap crap. And when they fail, they want $96 for a replacement. Can get replacements on ebay for $15. What a rip. If I build again, i'll insist on a different door provider.

  Extremely expensive service and spares. A remote can be got on ebay for $15/- $ 90 plus from Avanti. A half hour service with only grease and lubes as extras cost me $165/-

  Our door broke just outside of warranty period. When we got someone out to fix it they said it wasn't installed properly. New build with summit homes. Broke again tonight 3 months after the last break. Don't buy a centurion door. Unless you like wasting your money.

  Rates were competitive and the technician did a good job setting the spring tension, the door pulls upward slightly when disconnected from the mover. Would use them again. Agree with other posters about the remotes, I bought half a dozen online for the same price as it would cost for two locally.

  Had them out to replace both springs after one snapped. The sectional door was installed when the house was built 15 years ago and has been used heavily (we use it as the main entrance/exit instead of the front door). Good life so far as this is the first major failure we have had with only minimal maintenance (lubricating rollers, chain and adjusted the spring tension a few times after the mover started shearing split pins).
